Physical Therapist Job Opening
Welldom Rehab is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of [State].
